By confirming a project with Arrugam Construction, clients agree to the terms and conditions mentioned in this policy.

Advance Payments

At Arrugam Construction, advance payments are required before the commencement of any construction or renovation project. These payments are used for project planning, material procurement, labor arrangements, and site preparation. All advance payments are strictly non-refundable once the project work has commenced or materials have been purchased.

Project Cancellation

If a client decides to cancel the project after confirmation, no refund will be provided for completed work, purchased materials, labor charges, design services, or any other expenses already incurred by Arrugam Construction. In case of cancellation before the start of work, the company reserves the right to deduct consultation and administrative charges before considering any refund.

Non-Refundable Materials and Services

All construction materials, customized products, fittings, fixtures, equipment orders, site visit charges, consultation fees, and completed services are strictly non-refundable. Arrugam Construction shall not be responsible for refunding any amount spent towards project execution.

Project Delays

Construction timelines may vary due to weather conditions, government approvals, material shortages, transportation delays, or unforeseen site conditions. Such delays shall not be considered grounds for cancellation or refund, and no refund will be issued for delays beyond reasonable control.

Quality and Rectification

Arrugam Construction is committed to delivering quality workmanship. If clients report any genuine workmanship concerns, the company will inspect the issue and provide suitable rectification wherever applicable. However, rectification services do not entitle the client to any monetary refund.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as duplicate payment transactions or situations where the project could not be initiated due to reasons solely attributable to Arrugam Construction. Any approved refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
