Introduction

This policy outlines the terms related to project discontinuation, advance payments, materials, and service commitments. By confirming a project with Arrugam Construction, clients agree to the terms mentioned below.
Project Confirmation
Once a project is confirmed and the advance payment is received, the project slot, labor allocation, planning, and material arrangements are initiated immediately. Therefore, confirmed projects are treated as final commitments.
No Cancellation Policy
Arrugam Construction follows a strict no cancellation policy for all confirmed construction, renovation, and interior projects. Once the project has been approved and work has commenced, clients will not be eligible to stop or withdraw the project without applicable charges and liabilities.
Non-Refundable Charges
All advance payments, consultation fees, design charges, site visit costs, labor expenses, and purchased construction materials are strictly non-refundable. Any expenses incurred towards the project execution will be borne by the client.
Materials and Custom Orders
Customized materials, fittings, fixtures, and special orders arranged specifically for the client’s project cannot be returned or exchanged. Therefore, no cancellation or refund will be applicable for such items.
Delays and Unforeseen Conditions
Project timelines may vary due to weather conditions, approval processes, material shortages, transportation issues, or unforeseen site conditions. Such situations shall not be considered valid reasons for project cancellation or refund claims.
